The fifth annual reception for Greek shipowners in London was held at the Cavalry & Guards Club, Picadilly on Thursday 30th November. The event had its customary good turnout, with around ninety people attending over the course of the evening.

As well as the Millers delegation a number of very high profile figures from the Greek shipping community were in attendance, including Pandi Embiricos (Chairman of the Greek Shipping Corporation Committee), Nicholas Comninos (Faros Limited), Nicholas and Michael Lykiardopulo (Lykiardopulo & Co. Ltd) and George and Zenon Mouskas (Zela Shipping). Senior representatives also attended from other leading companies including Chandris, Olympic, Agelef and Tsakos.

Representatives from the London Maritime Arbitrators Association, Lloyds Register, the International Tanker Owners Pollution Fund and the European P&I Correspondents association also enjoyed the reception.
